Either "the current FIX and Flip opportunities" or "the foreclosures that are available today" opportunities.

The graph below provides up to date county foreclosure stats and the information necessary to bid on county foreclosures. You can go to this site for the most current forclosure statistics and infomation. This is a fee subscription site and provides hours of time saving information when you are educating yourself on the bidding process at the county auctions.
Knowledge and background in this arena is critical since you pay cash at the county with no inspections. You will take on all the obligations attached to the property such as back and current taxes, water and sewer bills, the 1st mortgage (if you are the successful bidder on a junior lien) valuation and condition concerns and much more!
